Country Sales Manager
Job Description
- Over all 10 + Yrs of exp in sales & BD.
- 4 to 7 years of experience in BFSI Vertical ( Preferred ).
- Experience in selling application services and/or packaged solutions like BFSI Space , CoreBanking, BI, BPM, APPS ,Analytics , Solution selling etc.
- Responsible for revenue generation from the assigned region .
- Independently pursue and prospect into customers.
- Effective Negotiation skills and proven sales record of successfully closing the deals.
- Build and develop a strong Sales and Business development team.
- Provide leadership and spearhead Sales & business development initiatives.
- Develop Alliances and Partnerships and drive channels sales in the assigned region.
- Ability to nurture and grow future business interest.
- Hands-on in writing proposals and presentation skills .
- Reach out to prospects through phone/e-mail/personal contacts/personal meets.
- Explain value-proposition of JMR Infotech Products & Services to the prospect.
- Set up conference calls/ Web Demonstrations/ Onsite meetings with the prospects.
- Initiatives in Market Intelligence, Partner Programs, Brand building, Participation in high level BFSI events such as Sibos, etc.
- Follow up on the accounts and pursue necessary sales and business development activities.
- Willing to Travel to the assigned region internationally.

Very energetic, Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills, Strong Negotiation Skills , Selling Skills – Very Strong, Solution finder

Bachelor degree, MBA candidates preferred
