JMR Infotech Successfully Completes Migration Project for Tadhamun Bank
Tadhamun Bank, with the support of JMR Infotech, migrate to Oracle FLEXCUBE 14.5, enabling efficient integration of third-party applications and seamless data management.

JMR Infotech is pleased to announce the successful completion of the core banking transformation project for Tadhamun Bank. The project, which officially went live inSeptember 2024, saw the migration of the bank from their legacy systems to the latest version of Oracle FLEXCUBE 14.5.

The primary goal of this multi-phased project was to enhance operational efficiency by integrating all third-party applications with the new FLEXCUBE system and ensuring the smooth transfer of historical data. Despite the challenge of limited data availability from legacy systems, JMR Infotech’s expert team managed to migrate all customers and accounts, making the project a resounding success.

Project’s success was a testament to the dedication and collaborative efforts of numerous internal and external stakeholders. Key contributors from JMR Infotech included Vaibhav Patil, Fady Joseph, Vijay Periyasamy, Nisar Ahmad Shah, Kamil Hussain, and several others, who played pivotal roles in navigating the challenges throughout the implementation process. The project introduced an integrated system encompassing multiple modules, such as FCUBS, OBTF, OBTR, ELCM, OBBRN, OBCL, and SWITCH Gateway, providing the bank with a comprehensive and robust technological platform to enhance its operations.

The project was not without its challenges. A significant hurdle was the non-availability of complete migration data from the legacy system, coupled with frequent changes in the bank’s project team, which required repeated re-orientation. Nevertheless, the JMR Infotech team persevered, using default parameters for migration and maintaining constant communication with all stakeholders.
