Once upon a time, a bunch of young professionals joined JMR Infotech. They were initially overwhelmed by the work environment and the challenges that came their way. However, gradually they adapted their skills and learned to creatively address their challenges. Soon, they became adept at solving problems and managed to quickly finish their routine work. This gave them scope to consider bigger responsibilities and they took it up with much enthusiasm. This did not go unnoticed and they were nurtured and rewarded with greater roles to play in the organization. They went on to lead the team during challenging times and displaying immense leadership skills.
They grew as professionals. They grew as leaders. Today, in a period of 5-6 years after joining JMR, each has evolved into a leader, being completely responsible for their respective teams.
