Fusion Financial Functional Consultant
Description

As a Senior Fusion Financial Functional Consultant, you will play a critical role in implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials system for our clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their business processes, gather requirements, configure the software and provide expert guidance to ensure successful solution deployment. Your deep understanding of Financials processes and modules will be instrumental in driving efficient and effective solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Map client requirements against Oracle Fusion Financial Modules.
  • Should be able to interpret functional requirements in client BRDs and create Future Process Documents (FPDs) and Functional Design Documents (FDDs).
  • Participate in new implementations as well as support existing ones.
  • Should have conducted client Workshops/Solution Designing and extensive experience on configuration of the modules and excellent client facing skills.
  • Should be well experienced in migration activities.
  • Should be knowledgeable on Integration activities and aware of how tools like OIC are leveraged.
  • Should be able to configure Reports using BIP / OTBI / etc.
  • Design module specific solution in the context of the integrated Oracle Fusion.
  • Requirement gathering and documentation using AIM / OUM or other prescribed methodologies.
  • Participate in design reviews and discussions.
  • Capable of handling Solution Design / Functional Fit - Gap / Testing sessions.
  • Assist business user during CRPs / SITs / UATs.
  • Prepare test scripts and test cases.
  • Experience in the BFSI domain will be an advantage.
  • At least 12 to 15 years of total experience as a Fusion Financial Functional Consultant.
  • Experience in one or more modules in Financials suite covering GL, AR, AP, Fixed Assets, Leases and Cash Management.
  • At least 3-4 full life cycle implementations, preferably in Banking and Financial Services domain.
  • Having experience in conceptualizing and configuring solution design, articulating integration designs and conducting Conference Room Pilots.
  • Having experience in configuring the Fusion Applications in a client facing role.

Other Competencies / Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills – written & verbal, mandatory.
  • Good interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport with all stakeholders.
  • Ability to present ideas and solutions in a clear & concise manner.
  • Any experience with integrating with a Core Banking System would be an advantag.
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure successful implementation of solution.
