The bank had a challenge with a large volume of documents that gets generated namely Customer Identification documents (KYC), check images, contract documents, images of assets and other transactional documents. During an upgrade/migration project or in business as usual regular housekeeping activities, it becomes a challenge to handle such large size files and the need to consolidate these images into easily manageable repository was becoming paramount.
